Project Overview
This three month project aims at improving productivity for automobile retailers by 20% and consumer satisfaction by implementing digital technologies.
My Contributions
As a UX designer, I led the development of user personas and designed a connected car experience for a consumer-facing mobile app. This work fostered productive discussions within the client team and drove serious consideration for implementing our proposed solution.
